These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 64ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 64ok website available at 64ok.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services offered on the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 64ok from Bangladesh, regardless of the device used. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 64ok platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 64ok is strictly an adult platform and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) creating an account on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on this platform or have previously had an account terminated by 64ok for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

64ok actively implements age verification checks and encourages players to keep their identity documents readily available. If 64ok suspects that a player does not meet the age requirement, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the 64ok platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

Registration Requirements

When registering a 64ok account, you must provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Your active Bangladesh mobile number — this number will be used for account verification, OTP authentication, and communication.
• Your date of birth (for age verification purposes).
• A secure password that you will use to access your account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and must not share it with any third party.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 64ok will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify 64ok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

64ok employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your account data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) via Bangladesh mobile OTP is available and strongly recommended to prevent unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 64ok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 64ok does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals made through approved payment channels, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits

Deposits can be made using the following Bangladesh-approved payment methods available on the platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits are processed instantly upon transaction confirmation.
• Bangladesh bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times may vary.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. 64ok reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits from time to time; current limits are displayed within the account deposit section.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC-verified accounts are prioritised for withdrawal processing. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays or temporary holds on withdrawal requests.
• 64ok reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Players will be informed of the outcome within Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

64ok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published alongside the promotion offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's specific T&C.
• Free spins are credited to specific games only. Any winnings from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue or first use, whichever comes first. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• 64ok reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.

Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states that it is compatible with other active offers. Players must check individual promotion terms before attempting to use multiple bonuses simultaneously.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 64ok platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, fish shooting games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules provided within the platform. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing any real-money bet.

64ok uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology in all applicable games to ensure provably fair outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The results of live games are determined in real time by physical processes (cards, roulette wheels) and are not manipulated by 64ok.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, 64ok will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Sports betting markets are offered on a best-effort basis. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the odds at time of acceptance are locked.

64ok reserves the right to void bets on any market where it can be demonstrated that the integrity of the event was compromised, including match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt conduct in the relevant sport.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 64ok platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, sharing accounts with other individuals, or accessing the platform using another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 64ok.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Bangladesh law.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain a financial advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 64ok staff through any communication channel associated with the platform.

64ok monitors platform activity continuously and employs automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players are reminded that all session data, transaction records, and communications are logged and may be reviewed.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

64ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 64ok reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the withheld funds may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, remaining funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 64ok, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform or its content.

64ok does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 64ok takes reasonable steps to maintain platform reliability, temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control does not give rise to any liability.

• 64ok is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of the player's own gambling decisions, including decisions made during any technical interruption that was not caused by 64ok.
• 64ok is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or their voluntary disclosure of account details to third parties.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy
